It has a great location, but it would benefit greatly from some details upgrading.

We had to look for alternative accommodation at the last moment, as our original booking on another platform was cancelled unexpectedly just 24 hours before departure. We therefore booked this apartment quite spontaneously, focusing on its proximity to Paris centre, parking availability, and an affordable price. Unfortunately, this meant we didn’t have much time to research this part of Paris beforehand — I would strongly recommend all future visitors to research the area in advance so you can make an informed choice and understand what to expect in this vicinity…. What we liked: • Excellent transport connection — only a 5-minute walk to the train station and about 15 minutes by train to the city centre (Châtelet des H’alles station). • Free parking - with a reserved space - in a multi-storey car pack next door. • A lovely bakery on the ground floor — fresh croissants every morning were a delight! • A useful small supermarket only a minute away. • The host was very responsive, kind, and provided clear instructions. • The apartment was prepared upon arrival, bright, spacious and included a balcony. • Useful amenities: cooker, washing machine, dish washer and a large bathroom with a good shower.

• The price felt quite high compared to the overall quality of the fixtures and fittings. • The apartment appears rather worn, tired and mismatched — furniture is stained, dishes, cutlery and linens are all from different sets and in varying condition. • Some kitchen items were damaged or missing (for example, no drinking / wine glasses). There were several large knives but not one was sharp enough to even cut fruit. Frying pans with lots of scratches, so unsafe to use for cooking. • There was an issue with no hot water one evening and the following morning — we were not provided with any explanation and advised to heat a pan of water on the cooker. • There was no electricity upon return to the apartment one evening. This felt very unsafe – no lights and no access to the apartment as the key fob and lift were inoperative. The stairwell was locked from downstairs! • The surrounding streets can be a bit noisy in the evening. We didn’t use the balcony or leave the windows open, but if it was in Summer the street noise would definitely be intrusive. • Unfortunately, we did notice some cockroaches, so it’s best to dispose of garbage regularly.

Apartment with view to the top of the Eifel Tower, 😃

Comfortable apartment with all the services and near from the train station, with a beckery just in the 1st floor of the apartment 😃

The zone looks a little bit dangerous, but my perception is that is safe. Probably the clean of the floor can be improved and also the towels looks good but smell like were dry inside of humidity environment.

L'emplacement proche du RER et du stade de France à pied. Parking sécurisé à proximité.

Logement tout à fait conforme aux photos. Très bonne literie (idem pour le canapé lit). Tout le nécessaire présent en cuisine.
