It is very quiet where the apartment is. The place was clean and all facilities were provided. It is located on a good transport route with a choice of buses to catch. There is Lidl and a petrol station not far away and the City Centre is only a mile away.

The apartment was a good size, 2 bathrooms was great. Nice big soft towels. Clean. Could be really nice if it had some thorough maintenance and overhaul of equipment. Quiet block with lots of parking although the designated space was full. Good large TV. We booked as it was close to our son's house and had parking so was handy. Good value.
The apartment was cold on arrival, the heating hadn't been put on for the booking and it took us a while to work out how to put it on which we shouldn't have had to do, it is easy now to remotely program heating to come on for a booking. We never worked out if there were timers and just had to switch it on and off which seemed wasteful. There were a few broken items, one of the dining chairs, which had been propped under the table but had obviously been broken for a while. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable, very hard, and hadn't been clipped together properly so the arm kept coming away. The mattresses felt cheap, could just about feel the slats underneath although they weren't the worst I've experienced. The bed in the 2nd room is a small double, not full size. The pillows were lumpy and the bedding could all do with replacing. There are no radiators in the bathrooms and both loo seats were loose. No storage in the bathroom, nowhere to put your stuff or hang your towel. The living room blinds had a broken wand, kitchen equipment was very basic, no scissors, no teapot. Also no hairdryers, which I've never encountered before. No information in the apartment about how to work anything. Everything just felt a bit cheap and basic, which is a shame as it wouldn't take much to make it much better. I run my own holiday accommodation and I would not be happy with this standard in my own.
