Modern Spacious 8th-Floor Apartment with Large Balcony 1 min to Metro

Definitely 100/10! You feel right at home. Clean, organized, everything works, the host is very friendly and attentive, welcoming you with water and several other things in the fridge, the house is nice and warm…! And last but not least, he helped me wait for my train 🙏 We'll definitely be back! ✅❤️❤️🇬🇷

The apartment was very well equipped for long stay, beautiful and conveniently located with excellent transport connections. Several bus lines run nearby, and the new metro terminal is just around the corner. The area is local and authentic, with cozy cafés right next door. For longer stays, we recommend getting a Thessacard—it makes traveling by bus easy and affordable. There was a bakery downstairs on the street where we could pick up fresh bread in the morning for breakfast. The host was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Fantastic place with everything you could need—and a little extra! The host, Giorgos, was amazing and even prepared books with tips and must-see sights. Unsure about the location? It's just a one-minute walk to the metro, which is new and very affordable. In one word: awesome!

Apartment is clean and well equipped. The owner is knowledgeable and accommodating when asked for suggestions and recommendations of eateries and things to do. Literally one minute walk to the metro station.

Actual building is old and run down. The elevator needs cleaned.

The flat is extremely comfortable, it's modern, nicely designed and has everything that you could possibly want. There are even beach towels in the appartement that the host leaves you to use plus sleeping masks, toothbrushes etc. I felt like in a really good hotel. The balcony is big and has a nice view on the port and the sea with nice sunsets to see as well. At all times the host was available for us and in good contact. It was one of the best experiences for accomodation abroad I had so far and I travelled a lot through the years. Absolute recommendation for a stay in Thessaloniki!!

The elevator in the house was not very good and did not give us a comfortable and relaxed feling. Apart from that, everything was perfectly organised and well designed.

Excellent facilities …. Well stocked with toiletries, washing clothes facilities. Beautifully presented. Excellent communication with the host and useful information regarding the area at the property. It was about 30min walk from centre but metro only 2minutes and got us to the centre in less than 10minutes. Would definitely recommend this property.

Incredible Hospitality As soon as I booked, I was contacted by the host, Giorgos, who provided detailed instructions and even went out of his way to recommend beaches when I asked. He was incredibly friendly and helpful! We found street parking nearby without any trouble. If you're arriving by car, there's also parking directly below the building. For accurate directions in Google Maps, type in I. Kariofilli 6. Finding the building and getting inside was easy, and the apartment itself was absolutely stunning—immaculately clean and equipped with everything you might need, no matter how long you're staying. The only thing you need to bring is sleepwear. There were plenty of clean towels, slippers, shower gels, and other bathroom essentials, plus supplies for doing laundry. The fridge was stocked with coffee, water, local beer, Coca-Cola, and some sweets. The balcony was spacious and beautiful—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or breakfast while taking in the city view. If you're new to Thessaloniki, you'll find a pamphlet on the coffee table full of local recommendations, and Giorgos is always happy to provide personal tips. You can walk to Aristotelous Square in about 12–15 minutes, or take a taxi for under 5€. We used our car for day trips to the beaches outside the city and got around Thessaloniki by taxi or Uber since parking downtown can be a challenge. Giorgos checked in to make sure we were having a good time and even texted us the night before we left to say we could check out anytime on our last day since no one else was arriving—such a thoughtful and rare gesture. We had already planned to leave early, but it was still greatly appreciated. The building was very quiet, and the neighbors we met were lovely. One day, we came back from the beach carrying bags and towels, and a neighbor kindly held the door and called the elevator for us when he saw our hands were full—then wished us a wonderful stay.

Everything was great. The location of the apartment, the equipment and the apartment overall. The communication with the host was very easy. Nothing to complain.
