We reserved 1 night for the spa and massage. The welcome and hospitality 5/5, spa is 4/5, room 4/5 is clean, quiet and correct. We also paid for 200€ duo massage, unfortunately there was no initial communication, the zones to be avoided, and the intensity level. All the more, the masseuse kept on ignoring my requests to increase pressure. She just literally pour oil on my body, I could have done that myself for free. What is actually indicated in the website as « according to our envie and preferences. , that is 1/5 for me.

We could not stay. At this address we found a construction site (chantier). After discussion with the reception we left to find another hotel. This hotel should not be open during the works.

The staff is very warm and helpful. The hotel is located close to an exit of a freeway, so it is very easy to reach. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is satisfactory for this level of a hotel. However, the standard room is a little bit small in size, which is a general problem with hotel rooms in France. The corner room's bathroom has a problem with heating for wintertime. Since there is no facility to heat the bathroom, it is hard to take a shower in cold weather. I would again prefer this hotel for my next visit to Rambouillet.

Located on the outskirts of town half way between the espace rambouillet and the chateau, this budget hotel never felt cheap, the tv was very big compared to most hotel rooms in this price range, good shower. The swimming pool was nice too. At the rear of the hotel you have a bakery and several supermarkets, ideal for grabbing a quick breakfast/lunch. Friendly, helpful staff.

For a couple of nights stop over this was great - very clean, comfortable beds, decent showers and a good breakfast. Rooms a tad cosy and the bar lounge a bit airport style, but nothing negative really. Staff very friendly. Would certainly stay again and recommend.

This was a nice hotel, and the staff was courteous. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. The restaurant, I would note, is not open every day, and the location is a little distant from the city center if you're on foot.

Business travel A few things that require improvement (this is a Best Western after all !): - Hand Soap, Body Soap, Facial Soap and Shampoo are all-in-one in jars. If you don't like it bring your own ! - Internet connection is miserable - it keeps disconnecting ! - Check-out is typically French. Instead of having a payment done at Check-in. All is done in the morning, which of course is also during breakfast, and only one staff to help. Be ready to lose 20 minutes and account for such for your appointments !
