The cleaning crew harbored a potential thief. I literally caught a cleaning lady going through my wife’s purse, and luckily I caught on time before she stole. Recovered a wallet from her pocket. Obviously she didn’t have time to steal so throw the wallet in her pocket.

Clean room, friendly staff. We booked the hotel to stay near Velodrome and as expected the location is perfect for this. Quiet but still nearby. It was very hot but the air-conditioning worked very well!

The building looks like it is a bit behind on maintenance, shower was also leaking a bit.

Actually had a issue with a noisy neighboring room however the staff member on duty was incredibly helpful and sorted the issue immediately, a real credit to his employer!

Location is fine, easy to get to; room is comfortable, bed is good size and solid. Enough space and comfort for the price. Reception super friendly, check-in efficient

If everything worked, this would be great value for money. The big light in the room kept flickering. Could not get the shower to work; the soap dispenser blocked. It's all those little things which make you think even for a lower price, what they offer should work.

Very bad Wifi. Very slow and with restrictions. Could not reach our company by VPN connection. Useing my own mobile hot spot did work normal. Wifi is not meeting business standards not even good enough to watch Netflix. Rooms are very easy listening. Your hear your neigbours very well I am not perfectly happy but would go there again.

Walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors snoring, caughing. The door of my room wasn't opening correctly (3 to 4 tries to open the door correctly). Uncomfortable pillows. Good bathroom overall

Business hotel near Trappes (you still need a car)

The staff is very friendly and efficient. Restaurant at the hotel quite good (important as there is not much around the hotel, apart from 20 minutes walk to the center), rooms are very clean and nice and look much better than the corridors. Price to quality is good. Parking available and OK.

we booked two twin rooms, allocated two doubles, eventually we got four doubles after hotel manager accepted error. was perfect other than that

Difficult to order food if you don't use QR code or have dietary requirements

Looked lovely on arrival and our room was good. Plenty of parking. Food when it eventually arrived was good - see below

Difficult to find, Sat nav took us to a different road nearby with the same name plus another Best Western nearby - confusing. Arrived ready to eat and asked for menu/ wine list. Told to download QR code which we don't do so we're told to stand in reception and look at the menu. Explained I had Coeliac Disease and needed to be gluten free. Told I could have steak and chips without sauce and maybe without frites! Asked waiter to check with chef what I could have, he was not really happy to do this. Wine list also by QR code so just ordered house wine. Why make things so difficult and unpleasant?
