Terrible, dont’t book in that hotel

I didn’t like anything

That hotel should close! My room was dirty, full of spiders, and the window was broken and impossibile to close. I told to the howner about the window, but he didn’t solve the problem. Stay away from that hotel.

Good coffee

The hotel is terrible. In the room, the curtains are torn, the bed cover is torn, the shower towel is torn. Disposable glasses in the bathroom, the shower head sprayed water in all directions. The balcony door does not close tightly. The staff do not speak English at all, the staff were not dressed appropriately. Breakfast is very very poor. There were no eggs, no pancakes, no fruit, no vegetables. The administrator performed all duties: administrator, carried buns, cleaned tables. We drank coffee and juice from disposable cups. The spoons and teaspoons were plastic. After the customers left, the corridors were full of trash.

No WiFi connection, No access to taxi or cab, and water shortage on the morning of Monday 6th of March 2023, which I had to check-out without taking a morning shower and brushing my teeth, was disastrous! 😔

Great place for a stay over while visiting Versailles and probably for having a look at Paris as well. Train station only about 1Km walk, only three stops to Versailles (€7 return) and then direct into Paris. Probably not suited for a long stay but certainly great for 3/4 days. Reception and cleaning staff very friendly.

At least they compensate our frustration with a free breakfast. But in accommodation business we must put service to customers first.

Exceptional

The stuff is great! Even when I didn't speak any French they were super kind and always looking on how to help me, breakfast is not big, but enough to help you to start the day. Great people, calm after 8pm. The cleaning service was daily and great. I got no complaints at all and I could easily come back.

Location was great as well as the staff. Room exactly as detailed. Price quality perfect.

On Bathroom could have been cleaner, missed tower for partner and the plastic undersheet on the mattress bothered me. Nothing that is a show stopper.
