Happy to find this hotel very convenient to train & bus transportation but very nice at a great price. Friendly & helpful staff. Elevator, nice lobby, bar and then a comfortable room that was clean. Perfect one-night stay to visit Versailles. Appreciate the secure luggage storage. Huge shopping centre one block away.

If you are driving (car), It is very convenient, since you have Versalies Palace at 5min and you can pivot to Trocadero Square (Eiffel Tower) in 25-30min. WARNING: Consider traffic of the morning, because those 25-30min DOUBLE.

This hotel is literally steps from the train and buses. I wish every property we stay at was this convenient to transport. It’s a very clean and comfortable room. Our only problem was being locked out a couple times. The daytime person would disappear into some back kitchen space and be gone for 10 minutes or more and the automatic door wouldn’t open. Loved the small fridge in the room. It was a pleasant experience to be here.

Terrible stay at this hotel. I arrived to find nobody at reception and had to make noise to get attention. Then when I got to my room I found that the room was totally dark even though the curtains were open. I found the outside covered in scaffolding and sheeting so not only was there no light coming in there was also no way to open window as it was sealed up. Noise in the morning terrible from the works. Was told I could not change room. Probably the worst hotel experience I have had. Like staying in a dirty basement with no air or light.

Orleans was so worth a stop over. Lovely old pedestrian streets, beautiful stained glass in the cathedral, Joan of Arc everywhere and loads of restaurants and bars - and few tourists. Hotel has character, small spa (hot tub, sauna and steam room) very welcome at the end of a days walking. Nice room and charming staff even super helpful when we were leaving so seemed genuine.

The room was clean and nice. Big bathroom. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. The hotel is very close to the railway station. The free wifi was very good.
