Good breakfast - The room and the cleaning needs improvement

The breakfast choices were good in comparision to other hotels I have stayed in France. The quality of the food was also a plus. The area was clean and the staff were making sure plates were cleared quickly.

Perhaps some additional options for vegetarians at breakfast would be beneficial. The bed creaked, the mattress was lumpy, and the carpets needed a thorough cleaning. The bathroom sealants were black with mildew.

Nice place to stay near Versailles.

Location was great , in the middle of town, opposite the theatre, the mediathèque and the centre commercial. The staff was very helpful, regarding the parking etc.. and in good English. The buffet was quantitative and qualitative good.

The beds were a bit too "soft" for our taste.

The people working at reception were friendly.

Rundown hotel in a depressing part of town. Booking said 'superior room with view on lake', I looked out on a bunch of staircases. The restaurant was quite appalling, the buffet looked unappetising, the restaurant feels like a cafeteria, the personnel does not seem to care much. There are stains on furniture in the hall, decorative pillows on the bed with stains on them. This was not worth the 120 euro I paid.

Disappointing

I booked 2 rooms, the person at the desk charged me twice for both rooms before arriving, then, when we checked out she asked to pay again saying that the first charge was just a check of my account. At the begining they not even realised that I have 2 rooms, they said that for the second room the name and surname was reversed and they considered that it s about 2 different persons. Anyway it is a mess at Camplqnile regarding the personal. I still wait for my money to be unlocked...
