Although this is excellent value-for-money, I wouldn't use 'budget' again, rooms are TINY.

- excellent value for money - location is very close to the station and town centre, if you have a car - free parking outside - free microwave and sitting area to use

- air condition did not work. Staff did offer room change but I could not be bothered in the end - room is tiny, there is even no space for your suit cases! - restaurant isn't always available

Budget and basic, but clean with good breakfast and location

Clean, great selection at breakfast, 5 stars for friendly and efficient staff. Easily accessible from highway and parking facilities.

Rather small, even for the budget price. The tiny room has 3 single beds, tv, small side table and shower. Hardly any space for luggage, clothes and anything else really. Not even a safe which is a pity for travellers.

Fine for a night or two but not during a heatwave.

Clean, big shopping mall and restaurants in a mall 10 min walk away.

Air conditioning did not work properly. The temperature remained the same no matter how we adjusted it. The room was warm and the ac kept switching off by itself all night. Didn’t have the breakfast as it looked very meager- just some bakery items and canned fruit. It was almost empty with no staff to refill by 10am though it was supposed to be till 11.

Breakfast was great, basic equipped rooms, but clean. 30 mins by car from center Paris and quite at nights.

a bit too small the rooms and to get with publich transportation is not good.

I can recommend this hotel for anyone who plans trip to Paris.

The room was clean, everything what we needed was available. With AC, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and option to buy some drinks/food from the vending machine on the reception. A big plus is the option of free drinking water which you can fill into your own bottle.

The side of one of the beds was without an electric socket (at least we didn't find it), but I think anyone can deal with it.

The bedrooms were very hot. The a/c is situated over the door but the beds are around a corner on the other side of the bathroom and the cool air just doesn’t reach. If you’re in a high bed then it’s quite unbearable. We also had silver fish in both rooms ( we’d booked two) but reception was closed so we couldn’t mention it. Didn’t take breakfast.

A chain hotel beside a motorway on the outskirts of a big city. It gave a comfortable night.

Bed comfortable, bike was allowed inside the room. Adequate towels. Low lighting. Very quiet at night.

The control on the air conditioning kept blinking a green light so I had to put elastoplast over it. No kettle in the room for making tea.

Everything. Very hard beds and thin pillows. Getting in and out of the hotel is horrible as well. Very bad experience. The cleaner comes in to your room without permission as well

Some beds in the rooms we booked were not prepared when we checked in. When asked about it, the check in personnel told us that 'in France you need to book a 4 star hotel to get your rooms fully prepared. Otherwise you (guest) have to make yoir own beds".

Strong wifi and being able to check in and out at noon was very convenient.

Hard, uncomfortable furniture, the flattest pillows I've used in my life (I finally used another comforter instead), dark room, there was a gap under the shower door so water got all over the floor, and the heating kept shutting off even when I'd put the temperature up.

Good basic facilities. Not too far from work. Enough shops, bars and restaurants around to keep the stay comfortable.

Last time the window wasn't closing properly so noise from the street was getting in. Normally this is not the case.
