Avoid.

Nothing. We ended up checking out after only one night and consequently incurred a financial loss on this booking.

The front desk initially checked us into an occupied and unmade room, where we walked in to find dirty plates and trash. After returning to reception, we were reassigned a room, but the staff again forgot to prepare two key cards. There was only one set of towels in the room. I called the front desk—no answer. Called housekeeping—no answer. Called the front desk again and was told towels would be sent, but after two hours I had to go down myself to collect them. The bathroom & toilet was not clean, with hair in the shower, on the floor and around the sink. There was also a constant humming noise from the roof; I was told it was due to an engine that would be switched off, but the noise continued intermittently throughout the night. Finally, the parking is not AT ALL suitable for larger cars and this should be reported upfront in the facilities section on booking.com before the booking is made. The reception staff was not at all helpful in providing info. for alternative parking, which we had to figure out ourselves using google translate and wasted 3 hrs of our new years eve.

Room was cleaned only once during our 2 weeks stay. It was not the fault of the hotel staff who was very helpful. Management must really treat their employee and cleaning staff horribly. Will not be coming back here

Good location for Paris, helpful staff

The man who checked us in was absolutely amazing. He spoke good English and helped us out with the local area, trains, and some paperwork we needed. The room was nice and spacious. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Air conditioning didn't work Poor tea and coffee facilities - pod machine with no pods, paper cups, limited number of drinks, one tea bag, and 2 sachets of coffee. Should be much better for cost of hotel. The car park is absolutely awful, so tight and difficult to get in and out of. It is underground and really poorly laid out. It is very easy to damage your car. I wouldn't park there again.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms are very clean when we checked in. Location of the hotel is very convenient and lot of shops near by.

Parking is very narrow and difficult to park more than 3-4 cars at same time. Breakfast some breads are so hard on second day not sure if all of them are fresh.
