Comfortable stay, perfect for a Versailles Palace day trip.

The place was well located, right next to a bus stop that goes to Versailles Palace. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were big and comfortable. The parking is big.

The bathtub was clogged when we got there. It took some time but the staff was nice enough to fix it.

Air on not working during night time sheet had hair

The location was good and staff at reception was amazing and helpful to listen and understand our co concerns Unfortunately our air conditioner has issues second day and on first day also only fan was working We arrived late and staff was helpful to give us room and accommodate us in same building as we were travelling with parents and they got a ground floor flat and we got first floor outside building My parents room was clean and housekeeping was great Our room was upstairs the room cleanliness was okay but the sheets had hair it was not clean after a long day we went at reception The gentleman gave us new sheets and we changed it so definately a housekeeping issue If u pick the sheet the mattress has loads of hair something we realised changing sheet not too clean The room size is good size location good but had housekeeping issue and our air con issues on a hot day We had a gentleman come in the morning ad it was not working due to tripping it started working but on the same night again it stopped working and we had a really hectic day so we did mention on the next day The balcony was not clean with lots of spiders web and chairs are not clean The food In the area around is good and is resi locality My parents liked it but in our room we had issues

Great stay

The apartment is situated not far from shops and bus stops. Although there is no washing machine in the apartment, there is a little room where you can wash and dry your clothes. There is also a gym room, but the machines are not working. What makes it great are the receptionists. They are superb and make you feel at home.

The cleaners were rude and condescending. I asked for a more toilet role, and I was told I needed to buy my own as I was staying for two weeks. I was shocked because I was not told when I checked in. The room also smelled of drains, and my son's nose was blocked. When they moved us, they pressured us and asked us to clean. I did not appreciate the approach and was frustrated.

A nice quiet place to stay with all the basic things.

It was a nice and clean apartment, providing the basic things. There is a Lidl supermarket nearby (350 meter) but apart from this there aren't much shops or restaurants nearby. The personnel at the reception desk was very friendly.

The rooms are placed in double-level apartment complex, so you need to go outside every time you want to visit neighbor room or reception. It’s not a big issue, but it was surprise to us, because it didn’t mention in the description.

we got all we needed in the hotel room for 2. All cozy and well maintained. The staff speaks English and very professional.

in the 2 bed room apartment, the WC room and shower room were separated. However, WC room has no sink and need to go all the way to Shower room to get the hands washed. Rest all seem to be very fine.

Very good

A wonderful place, and a distinguished service. I recommend it for family trips. The car park is excellent, and access to the center of Paris is very easy by public transportation, or by private car. The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant manager was polite, generous, and very helpful.

The worst thing that happened was that the receptionist (a blonde woman) was in a bad mood and in an inappropriate manner. She did not agree to receive us at 12 o'clock on the pretext that the apartment was not ready. She told us to wait for 3 hours with the children, despite our prior request to arrive at 12 o'clock. But she prevented us from entering and advised us to wait in one of the nearby restaurants,,,, but the rest of the reception staff, especially (Mrs. Khawla) were very polite and professional, and they received us warmly and apologized for the behavior of the other lady
