    I chose this hotel because of proximity to the palace and "authentic feel". Location-wise it is not like around the corner from the palace, around 20 min walk. Rooms pictures and descriptions are quite deceiving I would say, as I booked not the cheapest one but they gave me a tiny one instead (I didn't have time to argue). So don't expect you will get some of their nicest ones from pictures. TV was not working properly. View was not "city view", it looked into the inner yard. Breakfast was fine although continental, fresh ham and pastries. We sat outside in a cosy inner yard, which was actually pleasant. So overall our stay was ok, but from description and photos I expected it to be more stylish and closer to palace. Next time I would probably try to book smw else as you still may end up getting a taxi around the area.

    Location is very convenient, close to Versailles palace, breakfast is good and very nice staff. However be aware that rooms are quite small, bed comfortoable and bathroom is new. Also important for summer: like many places in France, no air conditioning !

    Enjoyed a very comfortable stay in this charming small hotel. The breakfast exceeded expectations. Helpful and welcoming staff. It was the perfect place to explore Versailles, easy walk to train station and Palace.
