Poor service, poor staff attitude, poor all round.

Have use Campanile for many years for work. I know the service varies but this was poor.

Had a kettle in my room but nothing to go with it. No coffee , no cup, no glasses . Room not serviced . No towel change. No bar open on Sunday.

Worst!!! Pathetic!!!

Only Happy when they were taking Euroes. All Fake people with fake smiles. Stay away from Campanile.

A Worst Hospitality from Campanile. Would better stay in a tent on the road side than staying at Campanile. A staff which cannot serve even tap water is the worst place to stay. Add to it the ego of the lady Manager and her attitude. Road side is better to stay.

Nice affordable place to stay for business trips

Affordable price, excellent bed, bathtub instead of shower, good and free wifi, free parking with enough space, clean room, privacy, kind personnel.

Older and small TV model and only French speaking channels are available, no fridge/mini bar in the room, not a great choice of cheeses and salami at breakfast compared to similar places (the rest is fine), location inside industrial area far from any town and public transportation and requires a car to go anywhere.

TV wasn’t working. And no one to come and have a look until morning. Only 1 pillow without a pillowcase and again no one to take care of it until morning. No choices for dinner

Le calme

La propreté de la chambre laisse a désirer. Aucun nettoyage effectué durant les 3 jours 3 nuits ou nous avons séjourné. La chasse d'eau des wc disfonctionnelle. Pas de sèche cheveux dans la chambre, oreillers durs comme la pierre, et pour couronner le tout : un petit déjeuner médiocre à disposition . Je regrette mes 3 jours/nuits passée la bas . Si j'avais su j aurai payer un plus cher pour offrir à ma fille le confort qu'elle méritait d'avoir. Gros regret. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel

Le retour par Email de l'hotel qui malgré tout à tout fait pour que mes demandes soient prises en compte. Je m'attendais à ne pas obtenir mes désidératas mais ma surprise fut de taille car toutes mes demandes ont été exaucées.

La simplicité de la chambre, le rapport qualité-prix

La chambre qui m'a été attribuée initialement n'a pas été nettoyée. Ça manque un peu de professionnalisme. Les clients qui fument juste devant la fenêtre de ma chambre, évidemment ouverte pour profiter de la fraîcheur pendant la canicule. Il faudrait imposer une zone fumeur à un endroit défini où les chambres ne seraient pas impactées.
