The stuff was nice and the shower was working.

Very dirty, I found hair in my sheets, lots of dust on the floor, the kettle was dirty inside and out.

It worth it.

Breakfast was very complete. The room is smaller than in the pictures. But there was space enough for us. The shower was very good with strong and warm water . Everything was renewed and functioning well. Staff were very kind. They waited for us for the breakfast and allowed us to have dinner in the breakfast area ... we ordered food since there is no restaurant in the hotel. The parking in front of Hotel made our lives very easy.

Could have an USB Plug in both sides of the bed. There is one only in one side of the bed. I think is better to go with a car, but this is because of the city itself that is very spread .. There were bus stop nearby but is easier with a car. The Eggs in the breakfast were not fresh, but they were fine.

It was nice to have direct access to the garden through the garden window/door. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The bathroom equipped with defogging mirror and lighting are great.

The room decoration could do with an update and the TV with more connectivity options such as casting from your phone or laptop. And plugs and bedside tables on both sides of the bed would have been convenient. And more pillows for sleeping confort.

L’accueil le soir du 17 novembre était bien, un agent souriant et donnant les bonnes informations. Cependant le chauffage était éteint dans les chambres il faisait très froid, nous avons dû chauffer la chambre avec le sèche cheveux. La chambre 07 avait le pommeau de douche était cassé. La salle de petite déjeuner le matin du 18 novembre n’était pas chauffé non plus nous avons donc écourté. Le personnel le matin n’était pas agréable, les yeux crollant sur son téléphone j’avais l’impression de vraiment l’ennuyer en lui demandant des renseignements. Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel.

Merci à la jeune femme qui s'est occupée de ma mère au petit déjeuner.

Il n'y avait pas de lumière à l'extérieur ce qui rendait le trajet de la voiture à l'accueil assez dangereux pour ma mère qui a du mal a se déplacer. Pas d'internet, apparemment il y avait une panne. Il y avait une odeur persistante de cigarette dans le couloir qui rentrait dans la chambre. La lumière d'un chevet ne fonctionnait pas. En gros, hôtel vieillissant qui manque cruellement d'entretien.

J'ai récupéré ma chambre fin d'après midi avant d'aller à une convention pour mon travail. Je n'ai pas vraiment fait attention à la chambre. Quand je suis revenu tard dans la soirée, je me suis rendu compte qu'il n'y avait pas de rideau/volet pour la porte fenêtre... J'ai même été vérifier à l'extérieur. Etant au RDC j'ai du coincer une serviette de bain pour avoir un peu d'intimité et ne pas prendre la lumière trop tôt le matin. Ensuite, pas de télécommande pour la TV.... Je n'ai jamais vu ça... Pas de gobelets dans la salle de bain.... Pratique par ces chaleurs pour boire un peu d'eau du robinet.. Et enfin, le support du pommeau de douche était à peine fixé au mur, il fallait le redresser sans arrêt. Je voyage beaucoup avec mon travail, je n'ai jamais eu autant de "petits désagréments" en une seule fois. Ah oui, j'allais oublier, en allant à l'extérieur vérifier s'il y avait un volet, j'ai vu un tas de mégots devant ma fenêtre comme si ce n'était jamais nettoyé. On en peut pas tous les ramasser en permanence, on aurait parlé de deux ou trois, ce n'était pas un sujet mais là...

Insectes dès l’arrivée, réveils à cause de l’insistance du personnel de ménage à frapper sur la porte, pas de streaming sur la télé comme annoncé au paiement, on me fait partir une heure en avance en tapant sur ma porte sous prétexte d’un manque de personnel alors que j’ai payé.
