Very spacious, comfortable and clean family room

Very spacious, clean and comfortable room. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, even the sofa bed. Lots of space in the room to move about. Bathroom was roomy enough with plenty of towels. Good wardrobe space and mini safe. Good curtains for blocking the morning light. Plugs next to the bed. Nespresso machine looked immaculate, mini fridge had free water in. Quiet location. Very modern overall. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Plenty of parking. There is not much around, the area feels very newly developed. There is an Italian (looked very empty) and a KFC next door, but we drove 5 minutes to a more populated area instead.

The air conditioning twice in the night made a very loud noise lasting for 5 or so minutes, which woke my husband and I up. The shower is open to the bathroom, so the floor gets very wet no matter how careful you are. A screen or curtain is needed. The toilet is separate to the bathroom, with no sink. I don't like this as if someone is in the bathroom, you cannot wash your hands. These are minor niggles for improvement though, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it.

Okay, everything has a plastic feel to it because it's a new hotel, and while a little souless, it's clean and functional. You can watch your own Netflix, the rooms are quiet and there's plenty of free parking. And if your car runs on batteries you can top up.

Rooms live up to the standard, staff and breakfast were a big disappointment

The rooms are brand new, well-maintained and clean. Everything works properly and check in was very smooth. The rooms are also quite spaceous and well-isolated. Ample parking is available for free at the hotel. Overall, the location is convenient near the highway, and some nice restaurants are available by car (<5 minutes).

The service at breakfast was simply outrageous!! I have never encountered anything like this. When we entered at 9.10, there was literally no bread at all: no large breads, no croissants, no pain au chocolat, nothing! Half of the jars of marmelade were completely empty, no ham, no salmon, no pancakes, etc. People were literally waiting until food left the kitchen and were behaving like vultures waiting for a prey. The 2 people in the kitchen were arguing to each other instead of actually filling up the breakfast. When something came out of the kitchen it was limited to 6-8 croissants at a time, while 20 people were waiting for food ... We stayed for an hour and then decided to leave anyway. When mentioning this to the manager upon checkout, he simply laughed in our faces and said there had just been a group before we arrived and that everybody was complaining about it but that they couldn't do anything to avoid that. I can understand that bread needs to be baked, but all the rest is just refilling ... Severely disappointed!

Nice surprises and comfortable stay

we didnt take breakfast as it was expensive at 17 euros each. rooms were large. reception was very friendly and parking was no problem. bathrooms were spotless and nicely decorated.

essential oil pods were disappointing but potentially a good idea. there was no soap to wash your hands nor conditioner for hair. There was a box for cotton wool but it was empty. There were only 2 pods of milk for the tea and coffee. a long way to get anything to eat.
