The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. They agreed to let me check in early and allowed me to store my luggage after check-out. However, the service quality is poor. The room lacks air conditioning and gets quite hot in the summer. There’s a kitchen, but no sponge or dish soap until you ask, and the staff doesn’t help with washing dishes. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned, and towels weren’t replaced daily unless requested. The room was dirty with a lot of dust on the floor. Now I understand why this hotel is named “Sleepy"

So first of all the hotel doesn't answer any emails and when you contact a good customer service, it takes them forever to get a response as well. There is no stop for the place. It's all automated with a machine and you have to actually put your card into the machine to pay. There's no contactless. It's inside some weed building with no signs and you have to go and ask the guy behind the glass screen to open the door every single time you want to go in because this swipe kind of give you doesn't work. The building that it's in is currently under construction and level 2 where the hotel is has no carpet on the floor. The walls are all cement and there's wires hanging from the roof. The Internet was so horrible I could not even play a youtube video on the lowest quality. I had to use a hotspot from my phone the entire time I was there. The bed was very comfortable and it is in a good location. But I don't think it was worth the price considering.
