Amazing stay in Köln near the city centre

Very nice and smooth contact from the hotel staff. Parking space in front of the hotel. Rooms are cozy and the bed is really great. You have everything in a small room, even a kitchen and induction plate for cooking. The extras you get are nice, tea, coffee, water and even ear plugs. Would highly recommend this place!

The beds were very uncomfortable, didn’t get 1 goodnight sleep on our whole trip. Also only had 3 pillows.

Great Stay at Stayery

From the beginning, there is great communication from the Stayery team. You can get to the property from the Airport using public transport, so there is no need for expensive taxis. Check in is straight forward and the self contained apartment was clean and surprisingly spacious! All the essential amenities are also provided in the room. There are supermarkets and restaurants near by. The tram stop is also very close, for getting into Central Cologne. I actually forgot my book when I checked out and the team posted it back to me in the UK, free of charge, which I thought was great!

A converted office building with terrible accoustics and a chemical smell that made me ill

The location is good and the apartments have good facilities, comfortable beds and everything that you'd need for a short break.

My room had a terrible chemical smell which I reported and nothing was actioned, I asked to move and nothing happened, only seeing a reception member of staff as I checked out by which point I was furious and very upset. I had a headache the entire time and my asthma played up non stop. Terrible really. Heavy rain which leaked through the ceiling windows. and caused a lot of condensation. The noise! I was upstairs in one of the more expensive "skylight rooms" which was next to the common area. Continual slamming doors every time someone went outside to smoke so I didn't sleep well at all. I actually paid to stay somewhere else on one night as the smell and noise was so bad. The view from the room is off the Aldi car park and a framers yard, which isn't mentioned at booking or in any photos so I had to keep the blinds closed all the time as I was so overlooked by construction workers working on one of the buildings in the courtyard

Great place if they get the noise sorted out

Nice aparthotel in the right area for us. Well designed modern rooms with comfortable beds and an excellent shower room. Electronic check in worked very well.

We stayed in room 7 downstairs. All was great apart from the loud intermittent electric buzz coming from somewhere above, possibly the rooftop terrace area. It was not possible to sleep with window open - and there was no air conditioning. It got pretty hot, even though it was October.

Decent stay, nothing extraordinary

We stayed in this room while attending Gamescom. The accommodation was fine, but nothing extraordinary. The check-in system was a bit unusual (but cool), the location was fairly close to the tram, which was convenient. Overall, it was okay, but not particularly impressive.

There was an occasional beeping sound in the bathroom. After reporting it to the staff via WhatsApp, it stopped quickly and we had no further issues. The price felt a bit high, although the accommodation met our needs and provided the level of comfort one would expect for a short stay.

Nice stay!

The location is central, close to tram/bus station and supermarkets. The wifi is good and the room facility is modern. The kitchen utilities are very useful. You can self-check in and self-check out conveniently. The room is very clean.

The only problem I had during my stay was that the front door's digital lock was not functioning properly on Sunday, and it took me 30 min to get into the apartment building after retrying the code / lock many times, and there was no reception to immediately help you.

Excellent location next to a tram stop, the self check in was awesome. Laundry facilities easy to use, and the apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Perfect location, lovely apartment

I needed to be close to the hospital and that worked out fine with a 20 minute walk. Tram line 18 is just around the corner, so easy to get back to town and airport. 2 supermarkets in 2 minutes walking distance. For me it was simply a brilliant location and I was very comfortable in the apartment.

Only 2 of everything (glasses, plates, cutlery etc), so no use having a dishwasher. Wouldn’t have used it anyway, but that is not the point.

Serious safety issue.

It’s not a hotel, or a b&b, so no breakfast. It would have been absolutely fine except for one major item. See comment below.

Closed the bathroom sliding door and then couldn’t open it. Fortunately my wife was in the room. After quite a while we managed to open the door, a very scary experience. There is no window to the bathroom, no emergency cord and the room is well away from the main door. A single person would have been in serious trouble. As it happened a maintenance man was coming later to change some filter and confirmed that the problem with the bathroom door was reported and on his to do list. Accordingly there should have been a warning note, but as there wasn’t the matter is of great concern. Such situation would be considered under any circumstances as gross negligence.

Die vielen guten Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen.

Die Lage ist verkehrsgünstig, sowohl mit ÖPNV als auch mit PKW (Parkplatz im Innenhof gebührenpflichtig reserviert). Check-In und Check-Out waren einfach und problemlos. Keinerlei Kontakt mit Personal. Auf den ersten Blick wirkte das Appartement sauber...

Richtig eklig war die Tatsache, dass sich in der Küchenschublade gebrauchte und schmutzige Gabeln und Messer befanden, obwohl das Appartement über eine Spülmaschine verfügte. Das Doppelbett empfanden wir als viel zu schmal. Außer den Kleiderbügeln im Kleiderschrank gab es weder im Wohnraum noch im Bad irgendeinen Kleiderhaken. Am unerfreulichsten war allerdings, dass wir jeden Schritt der Gäste über uns hören und die Erschütterungen fühlen konnten. Davon wurden wir nachts mehrmals wach.

Gerne wieder. War alles bestens.

Ich hatte das App Nr. 18 und dafür kann ich sagen, es war alles top! Es war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, Kühlschrank sogar mit drei Sternefach, schönes großes, bequemes Bett mit zwei Kopfkissen zur Wahl. Sogar Fernseher sind im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer vorhanden. Einfacher Checkin und Checkout, Parkplatz vor dem Haus in einer ruhigen Hinterhoflage. Was will man mehr? Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe. Alles bestens.

Ruim, proper en super service.

Heel mooie, ruime en propere kamers bij STAYERY! De wifi werkte uitstekend. Het inchecken verliep zonder problemen (dit gebeurt digitaal). We waren enkele opladers vergeten in de kamers en STAYERY heeft heel snel en free of charge opgestuurd naar België, fantastisch! Centrum Keulen is prima te bereiken met de tram.

Urlaub Köln stayery Sülz

Problemloses einchecken, der Aufenthalt in dem neuen schönen appartement war einfach super. Die Anbindung mit der 18er Straßenbahn bis zum Dom einfach. War ein toller Urlaub und auch Familienbesuch in Sülz damit gleich verbunden. Würden wieder das stayery Sülz wählen.

Das Einchecken funktionierte mit den Vorab-Informationen der Unterkunft tadellos (ohne direkten Personenkontakt). Ein Servicemitarbeiter war aber immer erreichbar (per Chat) und sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Auch das Internet (WIFI).

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Gerne nochmal und eine klare Empfehlung!

Gute Infos zum Check- In und Ceck- Out, gute Lage, die Zimmergröße ist super und die Ausstattung ist modern, praktisch - alles ist da. Die Lage zum Innenhof war echt angenehm und ruhig. Es gab Café (Nespresso) und zweimal Wasser im Kühlschrank. Der Fön, der nicht da sein soll (wurde mehrfach kritisiert), lag im Bad bereit. Die Parkmöglichkeit direkt auf dem Hof war auch sehr praktisch.

Kleiner Minuspunkt oder vielmehr ist es „klagen auf hohem Niveau“: - Das Bett mit 140 Breite ist schon echt klein für zwei Personen. - Ein Vorhang (Zimmer 11) mehr und es wäre auch dunkel im Zimmer. Ein großer Teil lässt sich nicht abdunkeln und das ist im Sommer früh am Morgen eher unpraktisch. - Die Halterung vom Duschgel und Shampoo war leider nicht mehr befestigt, aber zur Seite gestellt. Hat wohl jemand abgerissen.
