I booked a deluxe room through Agoda and they said it had a balcony or terrace. On showing my email confirmation to the man at the desk he said there was no balcony or terrace in the room and that Agoda shouldn’t be saying that there was. To be fair he said we could change to another room with a balcony but it wasn’t a deluxe room so decided to stay. False advertising on agoda’s part and said the hotel didn’t even use Agoda 🤷🏻‍♂️
