A great location for touring Bath, a very easy downhill walking into town
The car park was quite small that I was fortunate as I was able to park my car around the corner but still within the premises

Beautiful large house. Lovely walk into Bath centre. Good honesty bar set up. Best breakfast we’ve had in long time!!

The location from town although up a hill, was perfect 15 minute walk near the local attractions, the guest house is decorated really uniquely but great! And rooms are nice 😊
Room could do with an extractor fan as it had bad condensation on the windows in the morning but apart from that no complaints

Room decor. Comfy bed. Large towels
Shower drain blocked, had to have intermittent shower as bathroom flooded Not much toilet paper even after house keeper came to refresh room she didn't top up No staff to speak to Lack of atmosphere No full length mirror to check reflection before going out Lighting for mirror very poor to do makeup and couldn't use bathroom mirror as floor flooded Very noisy in the room, could hear everyone moving upstairs, and guests chatting as right next to dining room
