An excellent boutique hotel, in a great location, 20mins walk from the centre of Bath. Room was clean and comfortable and as advertised. The honesty bar was a bonus.

Lovely food and friendly service. Good to get parked up before check in time to explore. Honesty bar for drinks and snacks was great. Provision of all toiletries and had hair dryer. Air conditioning was good and very quiet.
A bit of a wait at breakfast,and a bit disorganized. Food was lovely once received . Needed to ask for our drinks and to place our order. Doors did slam due to door closers fitted but was quiet at night.

Very nice guesthouse, with a super friendly staff. Perfect breakfast and great location. Comfortable bed.
The shower was not fully clean: mold is unacceptable in a 5* accomodation (see pictures). Toilet was also not cleaned during our stay.

Staff were lovely - breakfast was delicious. Nice quiet location. Easy walking to city centre
No one to greet when you check in after 5.00pm Parking was full. Bed spread was stained although the linen and towels were immaculate.
