Excellent location not far from main town centre but still in quiet area. great staff ,great breakfast clean ,comfy pillows and bed ,good shower and bath ,well stocked complimentary tea coffee milk sugar etc .parking a little tight but staff there to assist if you struggle .saying that would still score it a 10 out of ten and would stay again 👍

Friendly owners who met on arrival for a quick check in and to check that we were ok.
Clean comfy rooms with a freshly cooked breakfast delivered to the room at a chosen time to suit us.
Lovely cosy room, would definitely recommend.

The B&B is spotless clean, nicely decorated and the rooms have everything you need. The bed is super comfortable. It is located only 10 minutes from downtown and very close to Royal Crescent. Onsite parking is very convenient.
The hosts are wonderful and English breakfast was delicious and comfortably served in your own room. We’ll definitely stay here again and recommend 100%
