The room was very clean and the staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was very good too. Highly recommend staying here.

I'm not sure if I am a in a parallel universe to the other reviewers here but I didn't find my stay to be as spectacularly amazing as others seem to have experienced! Positives, nice property and good location for walking into Bath. Very courteous lady on the front desk. But I stayed in one of the top floor rooms and I wouldn't say it was particularly clean at all. And a bit tired - which of itself is okay but someone really needs to give it a good scrubbing in the corners etc. As a tip, parking onsite is okay but a bit chaotic. Again fine but when I came to leave I was completely boxed in and expected to somehow slide my car sideways out of its space. Anyway, good overall but not as amazing as some people seem to have experienced!

The staff were very polite and welcoming. Everything was explained to me and the room was clean. The bed was very comfortable.
