Ideal location, free parking, very clean hotel, friendly staff, lovely lounge and breakfast rooms. Bedroom was a good size, lovely view of the garden and surrounding area. Comfy bed, good tea/coffee facilities, ensuite shower room. Ceiling fan was welcomed with the hot weather 🥵

Room not that clean. Foumd someones socks by the chair - to be fair we arrived when room being prepared.

The room was lovely and the location was very convenient. The staff were helpful and it was great to have the free parking.
Unfortunately the cooked breakfast advertised was non existent, if it’s not possible to provide it, it shouldn’t be given as an option.

Old property in desperate need of an upgrade but free parking which is rarely found in Bath
Garish furniture, far too many chairs and tables in dining room. Needless armchairs in corridors. Stairs are very narrow.
