The staff were friendly and helpful, kindly allowing us to leave our car there outside of our booking, and specially preparing a tasty vegetarian breakfast for us in the morning.
The hotel building was grand and clean, and a lovely, picturesque walk (about 20 mins) from the city centre.
Will definitely stay there again next time we're in Bath ❤️

Great location to visit Bath. The free parking is an excellent idea & was why i booked it.
Overall it was a nice break in a beautiful City so even though the hotel was basic it was all i needed.

The location was beautiful and it was very close to the town centre! The host was very lovely and attentive and always checked that we were OK! The breakfast was absolutely delicious! The room was spacey and clean! Me and my husband have enjoyed staying there for our first wedding anniversary! Thank you so much!

Location - 15mins walk to centre of Bath.
Free parking.
Friendly staff.
Worse shower we’ve ever had, no power and temp constantly going hot/cold, had to move around to get wet.
Bedside drawers both broken.
No door between toilet/bathroom and dressing table/kettle area.
No curtains or blinds in bathroom apart from a voile which was transparent through a clear window and room faced the road.
Rock hard bed and thin pillows.
Breakfast very average - no fruit or pastries available, just Kelloggs boxed cereals, one toaster faulty as knobs broken. Although hot breakfast was freshly cooked.
Bar was closed when we returned at 9.45pm and no staff.
Hotel is clean but needs updating and refurbishment.
