Our room and bed are small. But it got everything.

Location is good around a 15 to twenty minute walk to bath town centre. Nice choice at breakfast and the staff were all very friendly

Great location for Bath centre and a bonus to have parking on site.
Very friendly staff and a fabulous breakfast cooked to order
Our room was comfortable and beautifully styled- located downstairs which was a godsend in the blistering heatwave
Our room had a lovely freestanding bath in the room- would have been good to have had a screen or door there to the main bathroom for a bit of privacy when needed

Furnished and decorated well
Toilet brush holder had lots of water in it with flecks of previous guests excrement.
Very busy at breakfast, not staffed adequately, poor girls were running about trying to keep up but long wait to be served. Some of the self service items ran out and not replaced.
Another thing that isnt acceptable at all, when booking you are give 2 price options, the 2nd included a parking spot and this was £63 more for a 2 night stay. We decided to book without this and take the train, however, in the spec of what we booked it said it come with a free parking spot
