The hosts, Louise and Chris, were welcoming, helpful and charming.
Our room was supremely comfortable, stylish with excellent ensuite.
The beds, pillows and bedding really comfortable.
Breakfast was exceptional, good value and delivered to the door at exactly the booked time.
The accommodation situated a short distance outside Central Bath, an easy walk in and on a bus route

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff were very welcoming and very helpful with information on tourist attractions in the area. Also they were very accommodating when I needed to amend my booking.

Great location and value for money and communication preceding our visit was much appreciated and all added to our wonderful visit to Bath for graduation ceremony. Parking around area is permit only but speak to owners and they can assist.
