Cute boutique place to stay that hits the basics. No elevator/lift, so inquire early if a first floor room is needed.

Lovely stay in Brooks Guesthouse. Our room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed.
Staff were very friendly and most accommodating.
Brooks Guesthouse is a short walk from Bath City so the location was perfect.
