Room was great, breakfast was lovely (even laid on something when we told them that we were going out before breakfast time on our first morning) and the location was ideal for exploring Bath. Cheap on-street parking was also available on our final day if we wanted to stay in Bath beyond our check-out time.
View wasn't great but not a big issue for us as we were there to explore Bath, not sit in our room

Unusually for any B&B, there is no housekeeping / bed making / room servicing after a Friday night stay on a Saturday.

Fantastic location blocks from everything in Bath you want to do. Rooms were comfortable, hosts were welcoming. Wonderful breakfast in room each morning a huge plus! Free parking also a plus for those on the go.
While there was parking, it's slightly 'challenging'. The hosts are skilled at managing the small lot and moving cars and it wasn't an issue at all, but that's the only small thing that wasn't perfect.
