Breakfast was quite good and the staff was very accommodating. Room was well equipped.
32 steps up and 32 steps down. I have bad knees. Not their fault, my problem.

Room 4 - Top floor. Large room, Very quiet fan in bathroom, great air con, comfy beds, feather duvets, no squeeks from floorboards, choccie biscuits, hospitable and helpful host, powerful hairdryer, plenty of good lighting , three large mirrors, good breakfast delivered to the door, great location and of course saving a fortune on the extremely expensive parking around the city.
