Great location for the wedding we were attending. Easy to find. Spotlessly clean. Lovely breakfast.
Shower cubicle, Room and Bed was a bit small. It was ok for one night though and we got back late and tired so it wasn’t a big issue. If you’re a larger, taller couple I’d request a bigger room.

The property is situated in a great location everything is within walking distance. We were allocated the front room on the second floor it was lovely and light and spacious not to mention very clean.

Room was spotlessly clean. Walkable to Bath City, parking in Charlottle st car park was straightforward, once the app was downloaded, lay by for dropping bags helped and there is a sneaky cut through to get to it.
Room was smaller than expected and bed very small and shower small for a 6'3 man and woman. More like a BnB than a hotel, so breakfast area was clean and had options and someone to make to order, on the lower ground floor, smaller cramped space. The doors banged loudly, so first guest up tp leave woke us.
