We had a wonderful four-day stay! The hospitality was exceptional, and all our questions were answered. Everyone was incredibly helpful, and a special thank you for providing the travel adapter for our phone charger. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and perfect! We had a fantastic time and wholeheartedly recommend this place!

The bed was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed sleeping in a bed that had enough room for us. The breakfast was very good and filling. The location was good for exploring Bath's sights. The house was charming.
I can't say that I didn't like anything. Everything was great!

Location excellent . We arrived by bus and the bus stop is right outside . Comfortable bed and good facilities in room including a mini fridge . All very clean . Lounge available for guests . Breakfast good and hot breakfast cooked to order . Very good value for money .
Nothing .

Room was spotlessly clean. Walkable to Bath City, parking in Charlottle st car park was straightforward, once the app was downloaded, lay by for dropping bags helped and there is a sneaky cut through to get to it.
Room was smaller than expected and bed very small and shower small for a 6'3 man and woman. More like a BnB than a hotel, so breakfast area was clean and had options and someone to make to order, on the lower ground floor, smaller cramped space. The doors banged loudly, so first guest up tp leave woke us.
