    Holiday Inn Express in Bath is an efficient hotel in so many ways. Great location with reliable bus connectivity, a 20mins walk from city centre, supermarkets nearby and cute cafes too. Staff is helpful and hardworking but always smiling and supportive. Breakfast is predictable and the exact aame everyday. Maybe thats a Holiday Inn thing but I think one hot dish could vary daily in a week, just to keep things interesting.

    50 pounds to park overnight at a hotel in Bath? The council one cost me 15 pounds but why would I be pushed to change. Otherwise a really nice hotel.

    All is good except the parking area there the fee is super expensive.

    There were two issues at Holiday inn during our stay. The elevator was out of service for 3/4 days and we had to carry our heavy luggages to downstairs. Another is parking payment, too expensive and our payment was not successful for the first night but it was successful the next day. Now parking fine was issued 50 GBP after 5 days after checking out. Staff were very good and helpful. Facilities was bad. Location was excellent.
