The room was spacious, beds comfortable, it was quiet (we stayed 3 nights, weekend). We had no trouble finding free street parking. Walking to town is fine, I recommend botanical gardens on the way. Bus stop is very close. Communication was quick and helpful.

Warm welcome, clean room, well equipped and comfortable. Bright and airy. 25 mins walk into centre of Bath, plus on a direct bus route. Nice places for breakfast nearby. The music from the pub stops around 1030/11pm. Good value for money.
I booked it partly because it states parking. It's actually in a short stay residential area with on street parking. There is on street parking to be found.

"The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. Clearly well looked after. Nice thick curtains, lovely comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities were great - Yorkshire tea! And..."
