Clean and Comfortable and very central.
The rooms could be better sound-proofed. Could hear muffled conversations from neighbouring room and their door slammed loudly several times.

The location, comfy beds and very prompt and helpful host!
No ac, but probably not a problem except during unusual heat wave for the area. Our host fixed our rattling fan and brought us a second one so that was very helpful!
