    This hotel had lovely rooms and great staff. It is very well located on the edge of the area of bath with all of the tourist highlights within easy walking distance

    The hotel couldn't be in a better location—it is exceptionally convenient and just a short walk from Bath Abbey, the Roman Baths, and plenty of great nearby restaurants and cafes. However, the bathroom design in the room was remarkably clumsy and frustrating to use. Upon entering, the bathroom door completely blocks access to the sink basin, forcing you to awkwardly step aside next to the toilet bowl just to close it—and you have to fully close the door before you can even access the shower. On top of the awkward flow, the toilet flush is hidden behind the cover that you have to flip up every time you use it, and the shower water pressure was quite poor (with staff confirming it's the same across all rooms). To make matters worse, there was visible algae around the entire toilet, pointing to a serious maintenance and housekeeping issue. While the location is unbeatable, the functional flaws and cleanliness oversight in the bathroom really dragged down the overall experience.

    Busy hotel with friendly staff in an excellent location. This is our second stay at the Hotel Indigo in Bath and we will be returning again

    We enjoyed our lovely room at this hotel. The location was exceptional and the reception staff amazing. Only a minor let down with housekeeping not replenishing the room. We even ran out of toilet paper. Aside from that we very much enjoyed the hotel and would stay again.
