    Everything was very good, a large place to navigate but we would stay again for Bath. Easy to park and taxi into town, great.

    We thought we would be staying in an old country house not a newer building. The room was cold finally fixed the next day. They did try to change our room. In the bathroom the paint was peeling off the ceiling and stained. In the room the had installed a plug for a towel rail and have never finished the job. The cushions in the room were all frayed. The door wells in the elevators hadn't been cleaned I weeks and were not during our 6 day stay. Service in the bar was extremely slow and had to go up to ask for another drink. When ordering food the wait time was ridiculous. Ordered a burger one night and it has harder than a hockey puck. They did take this off the bill. The staff for breakfast were amazing. They were friendly and courteous. The afternoon staff could learn something from them. Overall I was not pleased with the stay. I did tell them at the front desk and appreciated my comments.
