Hotel maravilhoso, com uma atmosfera acolhedora e uma localização excelente (muito perto da estação e do centro histórico). Os quartos são confortáveis, silenciosos e com uma cama fantástica. O atendimento foi impecável do início ao fim, sempre muito prestáveis. Um óptimo custo-benefício para quem quer explorar a cidade a pé e com total comodidade. Nota 10!

The location was excellent. Right by the station but also right by town, with a short walk to the baths. The design, very townhouse was lovely! & the staff were also lovely!
The house keeping services were awful. Only the bed was made and that was it. No fresh towels, no fresh sheets. We ran out of handwash & toilet roll on multiple occasions, having to use the reception toilet as our room was stocked fully. Our lights also broke.
