Rooms were lively and large. Pub was great.
Road works outside (not in their control) and no notice or offer of a discount. and view out back a bit dim. Pricey.

The location was great with a 20 min walk into Bath City centre . We stayed in Room one which had a roll top bath and separate shower . Room was a lovely size and quiet also . Breakfast was lovely and staff attentive and polite . Would definitely go back again

The location was a short distance into town and the room was quiet considering the location near to the road and the fact it is a pub beneath
I have no complaints at all. It was a lovely stay and I would consider staying there again
