Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, nice room, quiet hotel, perfect location (easy to reach the city, but also the Avon canal for a run or a walk), good piece of advice to park car (Podium car park).
In general we are very happy with our stay. The Kennard has a garden, which deserves a little more love and green fingers. However, with the Henriette and other parks closeby, not a major issue.

The location was quite convenient. Proprietor made attempts to make us welcome.
No lift, multiple floors, no body wash or hand soft available. Not a single USB port for charging. Very rustic - creaky floors and bathroom tiles, bed was very uncomfortable.
