The location, easy walk into the main areas for restaurants and attractions on a wide street. And far enough away to be peaceful and quiet overnight. They also had in-room air conditioning which was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious too.
Our room was small, barely space to open two suitcases. And the floor needed vacuuming, found long blonde hairs on our socks when we kicked off our shoes.

This charming period house is only a 10-min walk from the train station. We also saw plenty of parking nearby. We were early for check-in, but could leave our bags (free of charge). The room was small but cosy and very clean. Breakfast was well organized, but some people had to wait (a small amount of time) because the breakfast room isn't big enough if all guests are there at the same time. The breakfast a la carte options are plenty and very tasty.
The double bed that we had, was rather narrow (which we are not used to) and the floors of this very charming period house are wooden, so they make quite some noise when you walk around. A small wardrobe/a few drawers would be handy. We only got to hang clothes and put our suitcase on a foldable suitcase-rack. It worked for 3 days, but would be difficult for longer.

Let us leave our bags for the day before returning home
Seagull situation outside window, lots of poop, mother bird screeched every time we went near the window and very big chicks pecking on window and calling for food from 4am, not much sleep got. In their defence I understand there is not a lot they can do about the seagulls. Would definitely go again out of seagull season.
