The bed and breakfast was very comfortable. Tea and coffee tray was filled up daily and plenty of choice. There was a fridge in the dining room with fresh milk and also an ice machine which we could help ourselves to. The breakfast was delicious and really good produce used. The staff were all friendly and if we go to Bath again we will definitely book here again. It was also a short walk into town and there is also parking. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Everything!! Beautiful building with an amazing view of bath!!
The shower was slightly pooling due to a clogged drain?

Quiet and comfortable stay with complimentary parking (one spot per room). Our room was on the 2nd floor (up two flights of stairs) overlooking the back garden, which was lovely for early autumn. The room was comfortable and had a lot of nice touches like in-room slippers, bathrobes, and water. It was a short 15-minute walk downhill to the Roman Baths and the historic district, whereas the immediate neighbourhood was quiet and lightly trafficked. Breakfast was very good and the morning staff were very helpful and were a great resource.
Very small thing, but check-in felt slightly too informal. We’re used to needing to provide identification before or at check-in, but we received no emails for it nor were asked for our passports on site, which felt a bit strange.
