Very friendly staff and let us park park early to go off into Bath. Great location. Loved the garden view room. Breakfast good.

Great location a short walk from city centre. Friendly staff
Room was tired, lots of chips/marks on wallpaper. Cushions on sofa dirty, bed too soft. Terrible breakfast, everything over-cooked. No fridge in room, neither sofa nor bed facing TV
