Very easy 15 minute walk from the train station. Ling was very welcoming and attentive. Our room was clean and quiet with a comfortable double bed and nice hot shower. The choice for breakfast was excellent and served promptly. A 10 minute walk to the Roman Baths and Bath Abbey in the centre so well placed for exploring. Would definitely recommend.

Such a welcoming little place, with Ling greeting you like a family member! Her breakfasts are divine, and the room was so cosy. Great bed and pillows!
It’s in the perfect location for exploring Bath, as a 5 min walk over the bridge, and you’re there!
