Very clean, close to the town centre and lovely view across the Bath basin. Julie, the owner, was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Heatwaves and historic buildings don't always mix! A fan was essential but what can you expect when it's 33 degrees Celsius at 8pm?

The location was excellent. Free parking on site and off street. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful.
It was hot in room at night and no fan available. Pity the shower leaked onto floor.
