Very good breakfast, lots of choices
We wanted a room with twin beds and it was on the top floor. I have a disability that makes stairs difficult. Other than that it was a great stay.

The breakfast fantastic, made to order by Ling, the owner. Try the full english breakfast or the eggs royal.

The location was very good. The B&B was less than a ten-minute walk from the city centre of Bath. The bedroom and bathroom were both very clean. The owner, Ling was friendly and accomodating.

This is a very thoughtfully ran Bed and breakfast. Ling looks after you like a family member. The place is adorned with amazing antiques throughout that has been collected by Ling herself. We were amazed to learn that Ling does everything herself from the breakfast to making the rooms.
The breakfast had an amazing full English and French toast. We felt like the rooms were super clean, especially because of the shoes off policy inside the house (house slippers provided).
