Beautiful room & breakfast was perfect - the food was to a high standard and no cutting corners.
The service in the afternoon was extremely poor. I think the waiters might have been new but you know when something goes wrong and they keep getting it wrong - eventually we received our drinks and food albeit a tad mixed!.

Location was great with fabulous countryside views. Breakfast was wonderful and Romana who ran the restaurant was fantastic and a credit to the hotel. Dinner was not so good insomuch as we had to wait 40 minutes for the food to be cooked! The rest of the staff were young and pleasant but were clearing tables while people were still eating rather than waiting until everyone on the table had finished. The room was tidy and comfortable. Cleaning could have been a bit better. However the room we were in 302 had a very noisy air conditioning system which during the night kept us awake; we informed reception about this.
On the whole it was a good stay however staff could do with appearing happier and welcoming/speaking/smiling to and at all guests. There was not a happy/good vibe about the hotel.
