Room was clean, and was bigger than I had booked thanks to an upgrade at check in

Nice hotel overall. Staff friendliness took it back one star. Also fire alarm went off at 5am with no apology or explanation. Shame because overall it's a nice place to stay. Parking for me was OK but many had an issue and had to park on the road. Drinks were well over priced. ÂŁ6.95 for a Guinness. Convenient for St Ann's bars and restaurants 5 minute walk. . Overall I would go back.
