Great location, good value for money. Just a little refresh here and there required
Location was great and staff were so kind and friendly
We didn’t find out (until overhearing from another guest) that there were complimentary coffees and pastries each morning until we were checking out. Property a little tired; sofa bead in particular a bit off putting as very marked/stained but clean sheets were provided. Only 4 glasses/mugs provided yet property can sleep 5 (we were family of 5) so surely minimum 5 of everything should be provided. Bathroom light flickered - reported on check out.

Good location, price was good for what was included. Facilities good and upgraded room on arrival. WhatsApp communications where quick and effective. Provided with shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.
Shower was cold. Not many car spaces to park. No Starbucks just a instant machine. Steam room in working in pool area.

If I could suggest anything, not something I didn’t like necessarily, it would be more of a suggestion. Everything was extremely well done, I would possibly suggest it would benefit to maybes have some salt and pepper sachets and condiment sachets in the apartments as you have with the tea, coffee etc x

Great location, has everything you needed to self cater
The sofa was very small, the coffee machine at reception had broken, we had issues gaining access with the key card to a top floor apartment, some of the blinds didn't open and the bathroom light didn't work, the gym is a great facility but very compact.

The property is very dirty and not comfortable at all. It was that dirty we had to leave and look for another hotel. The locks on our door did not work and a very gentle push opened the family room entrance door which left the room open for anyone to get access.

Never again. Don't trust this hotel with your card detaile.
I was charged twice for this booking and they are not responding to my multiple communications so it's very hard to have a positive word to say.
The dreadful view of a concrete alley, the extremely uncomfortable beds, the bedroom which only just fits a bed, the avoidance to provide towels as clearly they don't want to pay launder them and the fact I was charged twice for this booking because they are trying the 'ignore the customer long enough and they'll give up on getting their money we stole from them back' strategy.

Excellent accommodation would definitely stay here again.
Easy to find, great location, on a good bus route and bus stops just outside of hotel grounds. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and excellent swimming pool.
