The room was lovely, it was very comfortable and clean. The facilities are very good. There is a tea and coffee station where you can make a drink whenever you like. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

The location was o.k. but thought we were in Lytham
Television was good.
The smell of dogs on entering the house.
Do it yourself cereal breakfast on the landing, coffee and tea in small jars. No coffee machine.only 1 chair so didnt eat together.
Half used bottles of shampoo ect. Mould on the shower screen.
