Great location. Very well equipped. Lovely decor. Separate large bathroom, fully equipped. Also with a very welcoming hospitality area, with drinks, cereals etc. Spacious room with comfie bed and good storage. Very good rates too. Definitely great value for money.

We couldn't stay longer than two nights.

Great location and a wonderful host. This was also brilliant value as I was able to bring the dogs. The whole floor was ours, with access to drinks as well as breakfast items. And checkout was a reasonable hour giving us plenty of time to get up and a leisurely pace the next morning, get ready and leave.

This is our second visit. There is everything one could need. There is a lovely bathroom, very comfy bed and there are a variety of drinks ( hot and cold) cereals and biscuits provided. Great location for walking into St Annes. Nice and clean. Always a pleasure.

The location was o.k. but thought we were in Lytham Television was good.

The smell of dogs on entering the house. Do it yourself cereal breakfast on the landing, coffee and tea in small jars. No coffee machine.only 1 chair so didnt eat together. Half used bottles of shampoo ect. Mould on the shower screen.

Loved how we just had the upstairs. Sarah was a great host she accommodated everything, eg, cereal, tea coffee,milk, and juices. We also got a dog bowl with water in for our dog. The location was brilliant as well. I would definitely recommend staying here, and hopefully, we can stay here again at some point.

Nothing to not like about this stay.

Perfect location.A 5 min walk into the centre of St Anne’s. Just perfect to walk my Dachshunds into town. Sarah was a perfect hostess. Our rooms were cozy, very clean and the bed was very comfy. Lovely added touches, such as biscuits and juices. My friend and I went to The Lytham Proms for the weekend and Sarah doggy sat both days-allowing me as a Dachshund Mum to relax and enjoy the two days-they had a great time too!! Thank you Sarah for letting me have one of the best weekends ever!! Xxx

There was nothing not to like!!

Sarah is always so welcoming. The room is I nicely decorated, well appointed and the bed is comfortable. Sarah provides a selection of breakfast cereals, tea, coffee and juice. There is also a fridge. The bathroom is modern, spacious and spotless. Esjays is on a quiet street and our go to place when in St Anne’s.

Great everything! Located just outside the town centre on a quiet little street. Parking on street and got a space right outside every time we came back. The bedroom was spacious and the bathroom was huge, we had the whole floor to ourselves. Weather was fabulous although a bit too hot, however the bedroom was fabulously cool all the time. Sarah was so welcoming and we will definitely be staying again in the future.

Lovely place, very clean , there was everything we needed. Nice bathroom with toiletries. Cereals , milk, water, juice, biscuits and various tea and coffees. Safe parking outside and it was very good value for money. We were 2 friends meeting up for evening out and were very impressed with our rooms.

Our host was lovely. It felt like your own home. Calm, quiet, and the best nights sleep I've ever had. The shower was amazing and powerful, it help relax my sore shoulder. Everywhere was clean, the room was spacious, and the street parking was easy. The bed was so comfy, the pillows too, I always bring my own pillow, but I tried out their pillows and slept soundly. The offer of cereals, vimto, orange juice, and bottled water in the fridge provided along with milk was a lovely touch, as was the biscuit tin, games, books, and magazines to read. An iron and ironing board is available for you to use. The bathroom was spacious with a selection of shower gels to use and bubble bath if you wanted to have a soak. This property is homely, clean, and spacious. The host lives downstairs, and you have upstairs all to yourself. You were given privacy, and it didn't feel intrusive at all. We were welcomed and said goodbye at the end of our stay. I would recommend this property for single female travellers, couples, and a family. There is an adult bedroom and a kids bedroom next door, just like home, not all stuck in one room.

Hottest day of the year, could have done with a fan. Other than that, we loved everything.

Location was perfect, easy reach of bus stop, shops nearby, host was very knowledgeable about area and things to do. House was spotless. Large rooms and comfortable bed.

Lovely location. Walking distance to shops, cafés and restaurants. Sarah was very friendly. Everything you need is provided. Comfortable bed, wardrobe, drawers , TV, chair in bedroom. All spotless. Spacious bedroom. Tea, coffee , fresh milk and bottled water and juices provided in Fridge on landing.. Lovely large bathroom, with 2 basins, bath and shower over. Very peaceful house. Free parking

We liked everything.

Quiet location, milk, cereal, tea and coffee etc. provided. Comfortable bedroom with lots of hanging space and drawers. Few minutes walk into St Anne's.

Great place to stay. Sarah is a lovely host. We received a warm welcome and we had everything we needed. The location is very quiet and peaceful. Nice large bathroom.

Lovely, clean, homely room

we had the whole 1st floor to ourselves. On leaving we admired the garden and the lady gave us a nice plant. We had actually stayed at this house 7 years ago.

What a fantastic place! Sarah is a fabulous host who goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Location excellent, the rooms are homely, comfortable and clean with everything you could need. The cereals were a lovely surprise! Thanks for everything Sarah, we've already booked to visit again in June for our Silver Wedding Anniversary!
