Great location, near to train station shops, bars & beach. The rooms were lovely & clean. Large spacious bathroom. Lovely host. Also a tea coffee station with cereal and snacks was a great touch.
It was cold in the morning, needs to put the heating on if it’s a cold night.

Extremely comfortable bed, just like being at home. Self catering( no kitchen) but an excellent supply of cereals, milk, tea coffee biscuits etc, a fridge and kettle even a bowl of water out for our little dog. Sarah was very attentive to our needs but not intrusive. House was in a quiet very nice residential area no problem parking and easy walk to the towm centre. Full use of upstairs floor, very private with a big double bedroom, pl
enty of storage and a massive bathroom. Would definately recommend.

The location was o.k. but thought we were in Lytham
Television was good.
The smell of dogs on entering the house.
Do it yourself cereal breakfast on the landing, coffee and tea in small jars. No coffee machine.only 1 chair so didnt eat together.
Half used bottles of shampoo ect. Mould on the shower screen.
