Great Self Catering Stay, good value out of "season"

Self Catering. Shops and evening entertainment facilities close by (pubs, restaurants). Lots of busy on street parking, free after 6pm.

Great affordable accommodation and well appointed

Super Cozy and well appointed rooms. Great little get away retreat. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We stayed on the top floor, so my mum stuggled getting up their. In future we would ask if possible and booked in advance could we stay on a lower floor x

A very relaxing stress free stay, excellent.

The facilities were exceptional , very comfortable large bed , attentive staff, with great attention to detail. Lovely little extras , fruit , milk and coffee machine a lovely addition. Everything you need for a relaxing comfortable short break, would highly recommend and defiantly book again.

The ease of booking and self checking in, the location is perfect within walking distance to seafront, shops and eateries. Staff at hand daily , emptying bins and asking if there’s anything you need . Nothing too much trouble, very helpful and polite.

Great value with nice touches

Very clean, nice little touches such as fruit and fresh milk. Everything was pretty good actually and it was very quiet.

There was a slightly odd smell as though it had been shut up for a while and the pillows were a bit lumpy - but honestly it wasn't a big deal.

Homely feel, lovely extras, safe, great location

There was fruit and milk provided for us which was a brilliant touch as a family we were able to have a cup of tea after a long drive and the children could have some fruit for snacks as we were eating out. We also used the microwave which was very handy.

Only a small thing but being ground floor we could hear the people above from about 6am walking around but they weren’t loud just the nature of the property as a converted house

Clean, compact and comfortable

Lovely, compact but well equipped apartment. Easy access with virtual key, nice location just a few mins walk to the shops and under 10mins to the beach and pier, plenty of free parking outside. Clean and thoughtful touches like fruit, milk and tea, and my husband really enjoyed the coffee machine. Nicely decorated and very comfortable and cosy considering it was howling a gale outside! Serviced daily and lovely staff who called by to check if we needed anything. Shower was great, good pressure and a large cubicle. Would definitely stay again!

WiFi was really patchy and unreliable and we didn't really have any cupboard space in the small kitchen area for our few food items, but neither of those things were really a huge problem.

The apartment was clean. Coffee/tea facilities, water were provided.

The number of messages I received regarding the booking was excessive. Complicated way of gaining access to the apartment. I had to add my credit card details twice and do the online check in twice. I am fairly technically savvy but I found the information and getting into the apartment onerous. I did speak to a member of staff on the phone when I arrived who helped with the process. Far too many emails regarding the booking.

Lovely Wedding anniversary stay perfect break

The Appartment was lovely It was so clean everything we needed Warm and cosy. We were room 6 up a few flight of stairs but wasn't a problem The housekeepers were so nice and friendly and helpful Changed our towels and came in to tidy up while we were out. Lovely big bathroom with everything you need We stayed an extra night so stayed 3 nights After they gave us discount for 3rd night We will definitely be back to stay. Walking distance to everywhere If struggle with stairs they have 2 ground floor rooms It was perfect they left milk water and fruit Thanks

We liked it, couple of small comments: could do with a sign to indicate entrance to rear parking. Upper Bunk bed rail could do with being a couple of inches higher or have an extra guard. 7 year old didn’t fall out but was a concern.

Rug in lounge area both ends kept rolling up it's a trip hazard, shower floor very slippery when taking a shower a non slip mat needs to be put in also could do with a shower seat for people like myself with mobility issues

Spacious room with all the amenities in a studio apartment. Everything was immaculate, clean and the hosts left complimentary water, milk, coffee, fruit etc which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend.

Another wonderful stay at Design Suites. Comfortable bedroom, coffee supplied, bottle of water supplied. Couldn’t ask for more really

Only thing that I didn’t like was the tv was freezing constantly. It was okay on Netflix but on YouTube it kept doing it which is a bit irritating when trying to watch a film but I had brought my laptop so could cope.

Great little base, super clean &

Property was immaculate. Bed & pillows super comfy. Had lovely little touches, fresh fruit which my son loved! Some tea coffee biscuits and a little pint of milk in the fridge with some bottled water. Room has iron, hairdryer and tv too. Desk fan was there which was great as temperature was quite muggy. Parking outside. Key code entry system was great! And the correspondence from the company was perfect too! Loads of info prior to arrival. Love St Anne’s and the area surrounding property, Short walk from Promenade and also lots of restaurants, coffee shops and pubs. M&S food, Tesco express & Aldi nearby. Defo will be back!

Wouldn’t say we disliked anything. WiFi isn’t great, when we had Netflix on to watch a Movie that night it was very jumpy & cut off loads. Iron is maybe on its last legs, wasn’t great but does the job. No complaints really from Us!
