There a bit of loud humming noise in the ground floor room accessible room but all in all great

Great dog friendly seaside stay.
Large room and bathroom. Clean, well maintained, generally friendly staff. In particular one member of staff who simply couldn't have done anything more to ensure we had everything we needed to make sure we were well looked after. While those around her maybe struggled with the short staffing, and presumably general exhaustion working in hospitality over the Christmas and New Year period, she was a true asset to your organisation and should absolutely be recognised as such.
The noise and chaos of the bar/restaurant area. Having not stayed previously at Offshore, or any other of The Inn group I hadn't understood on booking that eat in facilities were in fact a pub. Which is entirely on me for not doing proper research before booking & presumably the time of year we had booked for.

The staff were great, from everyone working on check in to the bar and the cleaners. The room was spotless, warm and really nicely decorated while the hotel itself was lovely. I'd certainly return. On another side note, id forgotten to bring the plug for my phone charger (only the lead). This wasnt an issue as the room had 2 USB charging ports and regulat sockets. Great added bonus.
Maybe a few more breakfast options but it was very good anyway.

Superb stay in a friendly hotel
Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Room had everything we needed, lovely comfortable decor and nice options on the tea tray. Fantastic breakfast, plenty of choice and all delicious.
Room was a little hot as the heating was on full blast on arrival. More milk would be appreciated on the tea tray. Otherwise all was great!
