A pleasant surprise, very clean, really helpful staff, good food and comfortable room. Good value!

Breakfast was really good, staff were friendly and efficient, layout of bar area was much nicer than i expected, bed was comfortable - good shower too

Staff were friendly Food was ok Room did have a sea view Good security to bedroom area

Reception at end of bar and not easily visible Ordered and paid for bottle of Prosecco to be put in room but took 2 days to get it Residents cosy relaxing area was minute. Restaurant just like a pub Paid extra for upgraded room but felt sea view was only bonus for money, as next to lift and clothing storage area was extremely dark

So previously I stayed at the lindum which was the previous incarnation of offshore. It was a perfectly adequate hotel which met my needs. Retiring 6 years later to the same location but different hotel I have been blown away by a. The bar, b. The breakfast, c. The quality of my room and d. The professionalism and warmth of the staff. I didn't have an evening meal in the hotel but by all accounts that is top notch too. Thank you offshore for a very special experience.

The only thing I didn't like was not having a sea view but I accept that not every room can provide that. Perhaps next time I should ask for one.

Amazing stay!

What a delightful stay! We booked last minute and so glad we did. Lovely location. Lovely comfortable room. Delicious breakfast. The gentleman who severed our breakfast (didn't get his name) was wonderful. So friendly and had a lovely chat. Made us feel very welcome. Can't wait to come back!

The big room we had was fantastic for us. We also enjoyed having our evening meal in the hotel and the activity packs for kids are really impressive. Breakfast was lovely and a good selection. We had the pleasure of speaking to Mike a member of the team at breakfast,Mike is a gem to this hotel.

Lovely stay in a lovely place

Friendly, helpful staff. Great location close to the beach, plenty of on street parking (with time restrictions). My room was compact but spotlessly clean with everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and good quality products. All this and very dog friendly too.

My room was uncomfortably warm with no option to open the window, whilst I understand the safety issues it would have been nice to open it a few inches with a restrictor for safety. Fans are provided which helped a little

The food service was shocking for our evening meal. Took nearly and hour for a pizza to be delivered and that was 30mins after I received my main and had finished it before my partners arrived!

The time we had to wait for our cooked breakfast (50mins) and we ended up having to chase it up. Some people were getting up and leaving.

We would definitely come back. The hotel was clean, in ideal location with attentive friendly staff

Room was modern, quiet and most importantly clean, in fact the whole place was spotless and well kept. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was very good with plenty of hot and cold options. Location was ideal, quiet with only a short walk to the town centre and other attractions. There was a nice a terrace to have drinks and watch the world go by.

The bedroom was very warm but there was a fan provided that did cool it down. There could to be some accessibility issues as the side of the builing we were on only had stairs but I do not know if the other side had a lift so I would ask before booking. Very limited parking is available at the hotel, about 12 spaces. I appreciate that is not something that can be solved but it would be good if the hotel sent out a map of recommended places you can park off site in one of the many communications they send out to you once you have booked a stay.

A 40 minute wait for Breakfast on Sunday, unacceptable. I requested and was given an immediate Refund to my Card. Not the Fault of the Front of House Lady, a staffing Issue ? We ate Breakfast at a Wetherspoons with a 10 minute wait.

Very enjoyable but lacking air conditioning

It had a nice modern comfortable feel about it. Breakfast was very nice and we enjoyed the decking area at the front of the building.

Oh my word it was hot, almost unbearable. We were on the 3rd floor. If you’re going to charge these rates you’ve got to have air conditioning, it’s a must.
