Stay at tge sage

The location was very good and it was very easy access. Nice and quiet and comfortable surroundings. Close to everything and close to amenaties.

Heating wasnt very good wasnt on when we arrived and was a little cold . Was okay by the time we left but had taken 2 days to get to a comfortable level. Heater on shower may need replacing as only luke warm water. It did not get hot at any point, taking a shower was quite uncomfortable.

Perfect relaxing break.......

The two bedroom apartment was spotless & finished to a high standard. Loved the decor. The beds were very comfy with lovely soft furnishings. The high tech heating made the apartment warm and cosy. The living/ kitchen area is spacious and relaxing. The walk in shower was perfect. Tv’s in each of the rooms & the WiFi was excellent. Tea, coffee & milk provided. Full kitchen with all utensils & a washing machine & large fridge/freezer. The Sage has everything you need for a perfect stay. It’s in a great location and there is private parking which is ideal. Lisa the host could be contacted easily during our stay if needed. We really enjoyed our stay and the weather was glorious which is always a plus!

Not really a negative but there is some building work going on on the upper floors. This did not spoil our holiday break and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Lovely little get away. Beautiful apartment and excellent location.

The flat is decorated beautifully and has all the facilities you need. It is excellently located, very close to all the town's amenities. It is only a short walk to the promenade. It is literally a 5 minute drive into Blackpool as well. We had an excellent stay. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

The shower was very slippy. It would be good if there was a rubber shower mat available and could use it if required. We couldn't get any of the heaters to work. We tried all 3 of them and they didn't even light up or come on when the on button was pressed. We double checked the switches on the wall and the switch underneath and we still couldn't get them to work. Luckily it wasn't that cold. Nothing spoilt our stay.

A home away from home.

The flat was outstanding, Lisa let us get in earlier after a long drive to get there. The flat was excellent so much room my family loved it. Lisa left milk and biscuits all set up for us, it was the best stay we have ever had in St. Ann's. The beds were so comfy and just magnificent to find such a beautiful flat. My family and me can't wait to come back. A massive thank you to Lisa your flat is a true credit to you it's a home away from home. kind Regards Martin.

The floor in the bathroom got a little to wet and my wife to be slipped hurt herself. However saying that the our family had the best stay ever, your flat was excellent so gorgeous. Thank you Lisa. kind Regards Martin.
