A wonderful experience

The breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice and beautifully cooked. Lovely dining room. The location is great and within easy walking distance of St Anne's one way and Fairhaven Lake the other. There is parking available. The room we had was spacious and well equipped and it was nice and cosy. Kate and Keith are lovely and can't do enough for you to make your stay a pleasant experience. This was our second visit!

Felt really comfortable at the Gaydon and the breakfast was excellent!

The room was lovely, very clean and a lovely light bathroom too. The full English breakfast was wonderful and the hosts were very welcoming. There’s even a little tray with glasses and sherry to help yourself to before bedtime. Only a short walk to the beach or town, lots of info in the rooms, plus a great crazy golf course within walking distance. We got the bus into Blackpool too and the bus stop is just at the end of the road.

Fantastic and friendly stay

Keith and Kate were very friendly and attentive, and nothing was too much trouble from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and clean with plenty of coffee and tea readily available. Breakfast was first class and served with a smile and friendly banter. Will definitely recommend it and would love to stay again in the future.

Everything was perfect. Lovely building, nicely decorated with lovely touches. Hosts Kate and Keith showed warmth and very welcoming. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay if we visited Lytham St Anne's again.

Good overall stay

The hosts Keith and Kate really look after their guests. The room we had ( room 4) was fine and had all the amenities you would expect, tea,coffee, TV, comfy bed etc. It was very quiet. The breakfast are substantial and really do set you up for the day.

The only downside to our stay was our very small bathroom. I get why its small as its been taken off the room. The hot water pressure though in the sink was virtually a trickle and have to say wasn't much better in the shower. I think the issue is because its at the top of the building. We stayed for two nights but if it was any longer the bathroom would become an issue for us. We would return to the Gaydon but would book a different room.

Fantastic break away - would recommend to anybody

We will be staying at this guest house again as everything about it is exceptional. We arrived to a very warm welcome from Keith who made us feel at home straight away. We were shown to our room, which was spacious, clean and had everything we needed (including a lamp with usb charging points - brilliant choice of lamps). The attention to detail in the information folder was so helpful, and we were given lots of information when we asked questions about the area. Both nights we had a very comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast each morning matched up to everything else and was excellent - cooked by Kate, who was equally as friendly and welcoming as Keith. Thank you both for being very warm and welcoming - we will see you again soon
