Only about 20 minute walk to the old town it was very convenient The hotel itself was clean and modern. The staff were all excellent We stayed for a couple of nights in one of the apartments which had everything you could possibly want

Location is a little remote if you want to visit the old town and the castle. I needed something close to the main station, that's why i picked it, but i had to travel 20-30 min with the bus to see the old town and the castle. But i wanted a coffee machine and a fridge and AC and i had them. The apt was nice, had pretty much all i needed, the bed was uncomfortable for me, tough mattress, but that can be subjective. Receptionist was nice too, offering early check in for free, as the room was ready when i got there around noon. All was good, just not excellent so i cant give 4 stars.

Although we only stayed overnight, the hotel was both convenient and comfortable, with a professional and pleasant staff, excellent parking and an overall comfortable feel. The room looked brand new, as did the rest of the property. The location was wonderful, easily accessible by car and only a few tram stops from old town. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the convenient feel of an apartment as we stayed in Heidelberg as it is equipped with things otherwise not found in regular hotel rooms (dishwasher, stove with appliances, etc).

We asked for the safe to be opened as it had been locked and we asked for another pillow. We we told that the safe and the pillow would be sorted the next day however this never happened.

-Room was really clean and new. -Friendly staff. -Good facilities with well equipped lobby. We could play board games on rainy days. -Room had a particular smell which was not bad, but bit strong -Bit far from city centre if you prefer to walk -Charge for parking space is €15, which I think was a bit much.

Friendly check in. Had the room I booked ( 1 bedroom with balcony) but tried to “upgrade me to a 2 bedroom apartment without balcony! Offered free breakfast for one night but I refused and got 2 days free parking. I stuck to my original room choice and after some time they agreed.

The kitchenette was pointless. Too small to be of use. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were paper thin. The toilet was separate from the bathroom. It was clean. There was no noise from outside or from other rooms, which was a real highlight. There is nothing good nearby. Just Burger King. Old town is a 30 minute walk.

Wonderful stay. The staff were able to secure us an early check-in free of charge. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet is €17 Euros which is very affordable for the city. The staff were even kind enough to hold our bags after we checked out so we could explore the city before our train left without trouble. Will absolutely stay here again if back in Heidelberg.

The hotel offers 1 bedroom apartments at very competitive prices! We love having a separate bedroom and living room. The shower was very powerful and the bed extremely comfortable. The small fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly ask for is a bonus, even for short stays. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel and a tram stop 3 minutes walk away on the Montpellierbrücke. The only gripe we had whilst staying at the hotel was a large group of Greek school children who were intolerably loud until the early hours of the morning. I am sure this business is lucrative for the company, but totally unacceptable for other paying guests who book a hotel and not a youth hostel!

There were three schools staying at the hotel and they were completely out of control. They ran around screaming and stomping until 2 am for 2 nights. After the first night I complained to management who assured me they were leaving that day - but were there running around all night again the next night. They clearly didn’t care about the other guests comfort as we were completely overrun by out of control teenagers. The dirt and garbage under the sofa was also pretty disgusting. Heading back to Heidelberg next week and I have cancelled my reservation and booked elsewhere.

Fantastic stay. Highly recommend. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the staff were great! Only downfall was the laundry service. Washing machine and dryer took a really long time which wasnt great with people waiting and only 1 available of each. Other than that the best stay weve had on pur holiday so far.k

The property was very clean and the area was very quiet in the evening. Check in was quick and hassle free. And plenty of parking available.
